Because I know we have so many Louis Vuitton fanatics around here, leather purses wholesale, I couldn’t resist posting these first looks at the Louis Vuitton Spring 2012 ad campaign. If you followed our coverage of the Vuitton runway show a few months ago, you probably could have guessed how this campaign would look – pale, precious and ever so sweet. Seiko AirPro: The Inflatable Watch

Seiko AirPro

I was in New York for a conference last week, and I ran into a girl wearing a
big, dorky (in a cool way), very intriguing watch which turned out to be a Seiko
AirPro. I'd never seen one before, and when she told me she'd bought it in Japan,
my first thought was that it was a GSM mobile phone watch that had somehow slipped
passed my Japanese wrist technology radar. But instead of being a speaker or a microphone,
the big contraption below the face is actually a pump which
can be used to inflate a small chamber under the case to make the watch fit snuggly
against your wrist, buy wholesale designer handbags, kind of like the old Nike and Reebok basketball shoes. I'm
not exactly sure why it's useful (the girl wearing it was a designer, and I think
she was more attracted to its unique looks than its functionality), but I suppose
if you were running, or playing tennis, or otherwise engaged in the type of activity
that would send your watch bouncing up and down your arm, it might be nice to cinch
it down by pumping a little air into it.

I can't explain why, but for some reason, I liked the watch enough to do a bit
of research. I don't know if Seiko is still making the AirPro, but
I do know for a fact you won't find one at your local authorized Seiko retailer.
I found references to the Seiko AirPro as early at August of 1999, so we're definitely
talking vintage technology here. I even found references to a version which
actually spoke the time which I'm sure wouldn't get old for your co-workers and cube-mates
at all.

Features of the Seiko AirPro include:

Inflatable band. Shock resistant. Temperature tolerant to 122° Fahrenheit. Water-resistant to 100 meters, or 330 feet. Stopwatch with a resolution of 1/100th of a second, and 99 laps.

If you feel like you just have to have one of these vintage gems, I've seen a
few
crop up on eBay.

Review of the Yema YMHF0310 Diver_69

Review of the Yema YMHF0310 Diver

Yema-main Yema watches recently went through a re-brand and a model lineup overhaul. With a history that dates back to the late 40′s in France, there are many watches in their past. In fact, at one time, I even owned a Yema Seaspider Auto. It was a rugged yet slim diver powered by a Seiko automatic movement, and was one of the few watches I regret selling.

The new Yema expands on its past with series of new collections (Diver, Land, Pilot, Racing, and Limited Editions) based largely on quartz movements. In this review, we will take an in-depth look at the YMHF0310 300m Diver: an all digital divers watch that focuses on practical features and a simple user interface.

Let’s start with the details:

47×15.5mm. 22mm lugs. Chrono, temperature, countdown timer, time zone, and depth meter. EL Backlight. Stainless steel case and bracelet. Digital display. Mineral glass crystal. Bidirectional bezel. High-gloss black PVD. MSRP of $695 (Watch Report readers can use the coupon code “watchreport25″ for 25% off).

Yema-3:4 My last Yema would be best described as awesome; it was a treat to wear, and definitely designed with a keen attention to detail. So how does a newer Yema compare?

The Yema 310 diver is a thoughtful and throughly useful interpretation of the modern digital dive watch. As with most dive watches these days, the Yema is large — 47mm across, yachtmaster replica, and 15.5mm tall. It’s not especially heavy (I wore it on the included rubber strap), but it will block most sleeves and cuffs. The screen is divided into a large area at the top and a lower area for additional info and current menu selection. There are four pushers enabling the feature select, stop/start/reset, and the EL backlight.

Yema-strap The screen is a reverse LCD with a slight greenish hue. The screen’s contrast is very good, replica watch wholesale, but not at all angles as sometimes it appears washed out. Feature controls are dead simple; the screen tells you what function you are dealing with, and buttons on the right side of the case handle starting and stopping the measure. On the main time screen, you can view the date, running seconds, and even the current temperature (this feature is likely more accurate while submerged as the temp of my wrist seemed to add a few degrees to the reading — a common problem with digital thermometers built into watches). The countdown timer, chronograph and second time zone work beautifully, swiss rolex replica, rolex yachtmaster replica, and the EL backlight is very bright.

Yema-caseback The Yema 310 Diver comes fitted to the steel bracelet, and Yema includes a very nice fitted rubber strap in the box. After having a fair amount of trouble sizing the folded steel bracelet, I moved the Yema to the included rubber strap, which is excellent. I highly recommend the rubber strap over the bracelet which is very comparable to the bracelets included with some entry level G-Shocks; its not solid steel, so it rattles, and it uses folded steel end-links as opposed to the far superior solid variety.

I should mention that while this Yema diver includes a dive recorder, I was unable to test it as I had no opportunity to dive with the watch.

Yema is selling these direct from their website for $695 before any discounts, however they have been kind enough to create a custom WatchReport.com coupon code, so no need to pay full price. If you are interested in this or any of the other models Yema makes, use the coupon code “watchreport25″ to get a full 25% discount. In the case of the Yema YMHF0310 Diver, you get a very nicely built and thoughtfully designed digital dive watch that is easy to use and includes a very comfortable rubber strap. I really enjoyed wearing this watch, and found the feature set completely useful and totally practical.

BaselWorld 2011 - Patek Philippe Aquanaut Travel T

Mar

Perhaps it is the BaselWorld buzz, rolex gmt replica, replica rolex watch dealer, but I am really excited about the Patek Philippe Aquanaut Travel Time (5164) timepiece. With its crown protector on the right side and correctors on the left side, replica watch, it is moving towards the legendary design of the Nautilus. This 40.8mm Aquanaut features an extra timezone (as its name implies), a day/night indicator and a date sub dial. Despite all this – useful – functionality, Patek Philippe made sure to keep the dial as clean and readable as possible.

Shot through a display under bad circumstances, this photo doesn’t do any justice to the watch of course. I advice you to hop over to the official Patek Philippe website to get a better view on the Aquanaut Travel Time.

The dial relief and ditto rubber strap are similar to those of the other Aquanaut models. The movement is the PP caliber 324 S C FUS, which is a new self-winding movement for this Ref. 5164 Patek. List price is set at $32K USD. Globe trotters and fans of stainless steel sports watches can finally travel in style.

Just like Seiko Champion Harry, rolex replica watch wholesale, I am on a vacation. I’ll be visiting Los Angelos, San Francisco, Las Vegas etc. Because of the time difference of 9 hours, replica watch, my GMT-Master II will join me. The rest is safely stored (I hope) at the bank. Although I can’t imagina getting in trouble with customs (when I return) with my Rolex, I will take my Dutch warrantee card to be sure. The stories about Dutch customs are horrifying.

MBV Pulso 2 Montblanc Collection Villeret 1858 Vintage Pulsographe Watch

I think I am in love, again. There isn't much "new" in this new watch from Montblanc's Villeret location manufacture - but it is a beautiful thing. This is going to be a top-of-the-line dream watch for many. Totally hand-made movement, world-class finishing and the romantic Minerva spirit that Montblanc was lucky enough to acquire. Checking it out for myself I can confirm it is a lovely piece -though intentionally made for smaller wrists.

The watch is the new for 2011 Montblanc Collection Villeret 1858 Vintage Pulsographe. Using the existing in-house calibre MB13-21 manually wound column wheel chronograph movement with 60 hours of power reserve. The movement is product of generations of knowledge - so to say it is an existing design might be a good thing. Like I said, the guys (and girls) at Villeret sure know how to make this movement pretty. It is a monopusher style chronograph movement - so note the single pusher above the crown.

Calibre MB M16.29 Montblanc Collection Villeret 1858 Vintage Pulsographe Watch

Available in 18k red or white gold, the watch has two available dials. My favorite is the above red gold and black with the red accent, but there is also a white dial to match the white gold case. The dial is gorgeous being pristine in detail and done in grand feu enamel. The indicators on the dial are fantastic and very functional. This timepiece design does not mess around trying to be a "mere luxury item." It is a high-end chronograph built with a vintage flavor in mind. The irony is that pulsometer (or pulsographe) watches started as relatively utilitarian items - helping medics on the battlefield take the pulse of soldiers. The watches then became popular for doctors and nurses. The chronograph scale is modified to tell the pulse based on starting the chronograph counting (in this case 30) heart beats, and then stopping the chronograph to read the pulse rate.

Pulsographe Montblanc Collection Villeret 1858 Vintage Pulsographe Watch

Only well-to-do doctors who didn't get their hands dirty much would have invested in solid gold watches of this style. So perhaps today this will be an ultimate status symbol for the medical professional who has it all. One issue I personally have with the watch is the size. While at 39mm wide, it isn't tiny, it is the smallest Villeret collection chronograph Montblanc has made. They justify this in their words, and make the target demographic really clear by saying, "the 39 mm case will no doubt also appeal to ladies and to Asian gents, whose wrists are often slimmer than those of Western men." That is the first time I have seen a brand just go out and say it. Way to go Montblanc for not beating around the bush.

Other Montblanc Villeret collection chronographs can be much larger, replica and watch, with sizes going up past 45mm I think. Shame that the Vintage Pulsograph isn't offered in a larger size as it is such a gorgeous timepieces design-wise. Plus, the functional design and proportions on the dial are perfect. Don't forget that for these high-end pieces, Montblanc uses a mother-of-pearl Montblanc star in the crown. The watches will be matched to alligator straps - and will be limited editions. 58 pieces in 18k red gold, rolex explorer replica, and 58 pieces in 18k white gold.

Blancpain Ladies Watch Blancpain Saint-Valentine

Jan,watch rolex replica

According to IWC’s commercials, rolex gmt replica, ladies are only interested in mens watches to wear. However, brands like Zenith, Omega and Blancpain mastered to take mens watches and rebuild them to a ladies’ watch. Blancpain introduces the Saint-Valentine 2009 watch for women that are in the need of a tough chronograph with a feminine dial and colors. Blancpain will produce 99 timepieces featuring fly-back chronograph and date functionality. The mother-of-pearl (mop) dial has a heart shaped (set by rubies) small seconds subregister. As you all know, Blancpain hasn’t produced a single watch with a quartz movement, also not for their ladies’ watches. The movement is therefore an inhouse Blancpain F185 caliber and has a 40 hour powerreserve.

What do you think? Do you rather see girls/ladies wearing a nice men’s watch or a classic timepiece (such as the Cartier Tank Francaise) or are timepieces like the one above the way to go for watchloving females? Please share your opinion and leave a comment!

UR103 Black Platinum Hexagon

Sep
03

A few months ago, replica rolex watch, I visited Singapore and noticed this incredible piece of art in the display of The Hour Glass shop in the Millenia Walk mall. This watch, an URWERK 103, was an incredible eye-catcher.

Last week I received a presentation of URWERK’s latest creation, the UR103 Hexagon. It also included a technical description of this time piece.

URWERK,watch replica, founded in 1997 by Felix Baumgartner (watchmaker) and Martin Frei (artist), celebrates each new collection by 10 black watches. This year, URWERK introduces the new black platinum 103 Hexagon. The birth of URWERK?ǨѢs ?ǬBlack?Ǭ limited editions goes back to 1999 with the presentation of a special version of URWERK?ǨѢs very first watch, – the UR102 ?Ǩ which was clothed in black and called ?Ǭ Night Watch ?Ǭ. The concept was revived in 2006 with the now mythical ?Ǭ Black Bird ?Ǭ, a creation with combat aesthetics and a name derived from military aviation. The ?Ǭ Black Shark ?Ǭ followed in 2007.

Today the UR103 ?Ǭ Hexagon ?Ǭ ?Ǩ a limited edition of only 10 pieces ?Ǩ takes its turn under the spotlight, with its black platinum case.

URWERK 103 Hexagon

Four orbiting and rotating satellites display the hours, with each satellite indicating the time in a both analogue and digital fashion as it arcs across the minute chapter.T he four hour-satellites of the UR-103 are crafted in aluminium and are suspended under a grade-2 titanium orbital cross. The complication is mounted on a non-magnetic ARCAP P40 base plate providing superior strength and stability to traditional metals. The hour-satellites complete a full revolution under the orbital cross every four hours. As the satellite approaches the crown position, an internal Geneva cross causes it to undergo a 120 degree rotation on its own axis. This 120 degree rotation positions the next hour for its turn indicating the time at the front of the dial.

UR103 movement

As for the watch’s specifications:

Case: black platinum (PE-CVD treatment)
Dimensions: 50mm x 36mm x 13.5mm
Movement: Calibre 3.03: hand winding; 21,600bph/3Hz; 43 hours power reserve.
Triple base plate in ARCAP P40
Time indicated with satellites controlled by a Geneva Cross
Control Board: Titanium; power reserve indicator; time regulating dials indicating 15 minutes and seconds; precision adjustment screw.
Strap: black alligator leather

Review of the Lum-Tec C1_150

Review of the Lum-Tec C1

Face

Today's review is one of the most unusual watches you'll see. Designed in Ohio, it has a vintage Russian mechanical movement, superlative multilayer lume, and a two-tone case with aviation-style dial. Say hello to the Lum-Tec C1:

38mm by 12.5mm, 135g. 18mm non-tapering 5-link bracelet, single button clasp release, solid links and solid end links, one micro-adjustment. Flat sapphire crystal with inner and outer anti-reflective coatings. Vintage Soviet military 21-jewel mechanical movement, twin barrels with 38-41 hours of power reserve. Low-beat (18,000 vph), fully rebuilt and restored by Lum-Tec. PVD hard-coated bezel and crown, 316L stainless steel case and bracelet.

Please continue for the review and pictures.

Upper-right

I've been reading about Lum-Tec for a while now, however their earlier models were mainly 44mm and up which wasn't appealing to me. They announced the C series early in 2009 at 38mm, and I was sold: cool movement, clean shape and design, low cost, and versatile to boot. I put in my reservation and got mine as promised in September. I chose the C1 model with the most classic design, in my opinion. Also available are versions with orange lume, a stealth model with greyed crystal, and a stunning all-PVD model.

The movement is perhaps the most interesting bit. It's Soviet, vintage, and completely rebuilt and timed by Lum-Tec. Originally, they specified 80 hours of power reserve, but reduced the watch price along with the estimate after they spent months working on the movements and replacement mainsprings. I wanted to highlight this seemingly small change as quite significant: they explained the problem, watches repplicas, reduced the price, and no one complained. Notice also that they spent a disproportionate amount of time on a very well priced watch: this is much more than I'd expect to see from a watch that cost me under $400,watches replica!

Upper-left-nr

Twin-barrel movements are usually reserved for five-figure watches, so this is a new design for me. Reflecting different design constraints than I'm used to, the Soviet movemet is automatic, handwinding, non-hacking, low-beat (18,000vph) with a rough handwind and unused date disk. I do wish Lum-Tec had left the date on; it's visible in their movement pictures and I like the additional functionality. Timekeeping has been very good, losing less than 10 seconds per day in my case. The slow tick is just barely audible with the watch held to your ear, and quite retro to hear.

The other standout features of the watch are the PVD,replica watches, AR coatings, and incredible layered lume on the dial. As you can see, the PVD finish is perfectly smooth and flawless on the bezel and crown. Very nice. The sapphire crystal sports the heaviest anti-reflective coatings I've ever seen, with very blue visible just off-axis, and "vanishing crystal effect" out to extreme viewing angles. Awesome. I don't have a good night photography setup, so here is a factory picture of the MDV ("Maximum Darkness Visibility") GX lume:

C1lumeweb538

It really is that bright, too — as good as my Seiko divers and Omega X-33. Absolutely first-rate. Lum-Tec is famous for, yep, their lume, and this watch shows why.

On close inspection, the dial is glorious. Perfect fonts and printing, and exquisitely done multilayer lume. I found no flaws, even under magnification. I like the aviation-style dial and hands; the same font used on my old Piper

Right-reflection

Archer instruments. The hour hand is outined in red, and the second hand is also red for a bit of contrast. Readability is excellent under all viewing conditions. The AR crystal shows blue from just off-axis to perhaps 20 degrees, and then the crystal just vanishes completely. Very cool.

The bracelet is functional but not as impressive as the watch itself. Mine arrived with stiff links, sharp edges, and metal dust in the links. I think it'll break in, and a bit of effort freed the stiff links, but probably received less attention than the more important parts. Note that the clasp, with its single-button release, is the only bit of polished steel on entire watch — a nicely done bit of design. I'd also prefer a couple more micro-adjustments, as the single available one makes it hard to get the fit just right.

The C1 is a nice watch to wear. I wore it to a multi-day business meeting as well as some wilderness hiking, and it was great for both. Not at all flashy or noticed, the two-tone case is interesting without drawing attention to itself.

Bracelet

The pre-order price was $373 delivered, and they're now the regular price of $565. At $373, I recommend them; at $565, I'm a bit more hesitant. On the other hand, it's a unique design from an American watch company, adding a 12-month warranty to a very unusual movement, and superbly detailed design. Swap the bracelet for a leather strap and this is a watch of outstanding versatility and execution.

Gossip Girl “No denials, your skirt’s on backwards.”

I’m not even sure what to write in my little Gossip Girl introductions anymore, since basically the same thing happens every week. Serena must choose between two or more men. Chuck and Blair teeter on the edge of hate and love. Vanessa reemerges from the commune and is swiftly sent straight back when she remembers that no one likes her. Juliet schemes and it doesn’t quite work out. Somewhere in upstate, Jenny applies more eyeliner. Nate tries out new hairsprays.

All of that happened last night in one form or another, but this time, they all wore ball gowns and tuxedos instead of cocktail dresses and…whatever the guys wear during those scenes. It’s possible that I’ve never noticed. Probable, watches u boat, in fact. Anyway, on with the show.

Serena opened the episode by waltzing in on sleep-masked Blair to complain about her pretty, silly problems with Colin. You see, she wants to go to the ballet with him and be photographed with him and gaze upon his cheekbones but life is just so not fair and she has to wait a whole month before she can do that stuff and her life is just really hard except the part where she’s an Amazonian, perfectly-plastic-surgeried, beweaved blonde heiress who is wiling away a couple of years at an Ivy League school before inevitably becoming a member of the shopping, cocktailing idle rich but why does life have to be so challenging?

*sharp intake of breath*

Serena had barely left and I barely gotten halfway through my weekly epic Serena eye-roll before Chuck popped out from under Blair’s covers face-first and made me shriek. He got me. I totally LOL’d. Apparently the hatesex didn’t stop at last week’s pianotop, Robyn-soundtracked romp, and it still shows no signs of abiding. Throughout last night’s episode, Chuck and Blair also banged in a brownstone vestibule and the backseat of a limo (Leighton’s post-coital limo sex face was almost creepy in its utter perfection, give the girl her Emmy already), which lead Blair to declare an end to all hot Chuck-sexing activities so that they could transition to being friends.

Naturally,Submariner replica, that ended up with Blair hiding out in her bathroom, eating macarons by the boxful and ignoring dozens of Chuck’s calls while he tried to take advantage of his 24-hour grace period. Only Blair could look so perfect while stuffing her face in a warm bubble bath. I’d be sweaty from the steam, my hair would be frizzy and I’d probably have cookie filling all over my face. (Sex-avoidance leads to ravenous eating, natch.)

While all of this interesting, sexy, intriguing stuff was going on between Chuck and Blair, some far less intriguing things were going on between Colin and Serena. They took an “accidental” taxi ride together to Columbia, which only made me continue to wonder why neither of them seems to employ a car and driver, although it was probably meant to make me think about their relationship subplot. As it turns out, I don’t actually care about their subplot since the writers never took any time to develop it, but they agreed to go away for the weekend to have some get-to-know-you time away from the prying eyes of New York.

That would have all been fine and good had Serena not blabbed about the whole thing to Dan. Being totally biased and kind of still in love with Serena, he told her that the Lusty Professor should have quit his teaching gig immediately upon having any feelings in his boyparts for her since she is worth far more than a guest lecturer fee. Despite the fact that quitting a job is more or less the polar opposite of a reasonable reaction to having a crush on a student, it doesn’t take much to get an idea lodged in Serena’s brain. It’s not like there’s much else in there to push it out. Cue the patented Serena Sadface, which is actually half sad and half confused.

While Serena was plotting who else to take to the ballet to make Colin jealous (hint: it was Dan), Nate and Vanessa were doing some plotting of their own that, for once in their lives, didn’t involve hair products or bad weaves. Their scheme involved finding Juliet’s real identity, which actually sort of worked since Juliet is about as bright as either of them. Once Nate dropped by her ‘apartment’ to give her back some stuff she left at his place and found out that she didn’t actually live there, oh man, it was so on.

I don’t really remember where Nate found Vanessa or why she came back from the commune, but while Nate lured Juliet out to coffee, Vanessa snuck up to Harlem to investigate her apartment and find out about her real identity. As it turns out, all Nate had to do was ask – when confronted by Sir Manbangs, she confessed to being a person who lives in a crappy apartment, puts together her own Ikea furniture, shops at outlets and dyes her own hair. So, in short, her real identity is…a college student? Were we supposed to feel bad for her? Because I didn’t. She got one of the eye-rolls that are usually reserved for Serena.

Nate texted Vanessa to call off the investigation, but she had already invested a lot of time and FourSquare stalking into breaking into Juliet’s apartment, so she decided to sneak around anyway, just for good measure. When she did, she found those creepy pictures that Juliet had taken of Colin and Serena last week using her extra spiffy magic fancy spy cam, and even when Juliet showed up to tell Vanessa that she had changed her ways and wasn’t going to bother Serena anymore (because Colin threatened to cut her off, did I forget to mention that?), Vanessa actually managed to squeeze out the last bit of scheme inside of her and surreptitiously pocket the video card with the images of Serena.

Perhaps I’ve forgotten something. Maybe I simply follow too many shows to keep them all straight. Maybe the Gossip Girl writers have run us in so many circles that I’m dizzy and I don’t know which direction I’m facing. Whatever the reason, I can’t really remember why Vanessa hates Serena so much. Last we saw her, she was getting self-righteous about Juliet’s attempted takedown of The Blonde One, but then Dan banished her from Brooklyn because he thought she was involved. So now she hates…Serena? I missed something, right?

Now that we’ve established the episode’s various conflicts (Vanessa vs. Serena, Dan vs. Colin, Juliette vs. Herself, Chuck and Blair vs. their loins, Nate vs. the frizzies), it was time for the requisite fabulous party. This one wasn’t just fancy, it was formal – you can’t just wear a cocktail dress to the ballet, after all. Serena had chosen to bring Dan to the party after canceling her weekend and/or relationship with Colin, Blair came with Chuck and Juliet and Vanessa both showed up poor and unaccompanied. Or maybe Nate came with Juliet, after hearing her boo-hoo confession about doing her own highlights? I honestly don’t remember, nor does it matter.

Anyway, it was Vanessa’s intention to hunt down the dean (who apparently does nothing but go to parties with students) and show her the pictures from Juliet’s camera. The more I think about this whole dean issue, the less likely the entire plot seems. I think that I saw the dean of my journalism school approximately once, and that was when he came to speak to one of my classes. His first name was Culpepper, but that’s all I remember. As far as the dean of the entire college goes, I have no idea who that would have been, and I certainly never encountered him socially, despite the fact that my college town was certainly smaller and less populous than the island of Manhattan. And even, if by some small twist of fate, I had run into him and someone had tried to sabotage me with pictures of me kissing some non-faculty guest lecturer who had already quit (SPOILER ALERT I didn’t get to that part yet), I doubt he would have cared. Or even bothered to find out who I was. He probably would have assumed I was a cater-waiter and asked me to refill his drink.

But yes, Colin quit. Columbia should probably just kick all the cast members out now or they won’t have any faculty left by the end of the semester, since getting swept into Blair’s or Serena’s social lives causes professors to suddenly flee the campus. That wasn’t the end of the story, though. Serena didn’t find out that Colin had quit until she had already arrived to the ballet with Dan, and seeing her plant a big ol’ sloppy kiss on Colin made Dan feel appropriately emo.

Serena didn’t notice, though, because she was too busy being accused of trading sex for grades via Juliet, who had been talked into hating Serena again by Vanessa after they bonded over being poor (that word doesn’t mean what they think it means) girls in a rich world. They approached the dean together and waved Juliet’s memory card in her face to a rather dubious reaction, and just as they were gaining a bit of attention, Blair came along to claim that it was actually her in the photos and then plunk the card into her glass of champagne. It seemed as though Juliet also had the pictures on her laptop, but the warning that the group gave her outside of the ballet will hopefully encourage her to find another route of attack entirely.

Hopefully Vanessa will be forever exiled in Vermont, making cheese or maple syrup or whatever it is that she does on that commune, but it looks as though Jenny is going to come back to take her place and join forces with Juliet in a classic illustration of the “an enemy of my enemy is my friend” principle. Serena, for her part, went back to only thinking about men. Since it was no longer forbidden to date Colin, she didn’t have any interest in doing it anymore and broke up with him on the car ride home, after which she immediately started scrolling back through her phone to see who she could call to entertain her that night.

Since Dan comes before Nate alphabetically, Serena beckoned him all the way from Brooklyn to rekindle their romance. Too bad that Nate lives on the right island and happened to get there first to confess his love for Serena, and since they were both getting over members of the same family, it seemed as though she would choose him over Dan. I guess we’ll have to wait until next week to find out. If you care, that is. Which I don’t, but they’ll probably tell me about it anyway.

The only thing I do care about, obviously, is Chuck and Blair and their nascent re-relationship. They got together to look gorgeous and drink champagne at the end of the episode and promise each other that from there on out, they would just be friends, but then the thing happened that we (meaning “me”) were all wishing and hoping would happen: as Chuck got up to leave, he hugged Blair, and that lead to a kiss. A kiss lead to many kisses, and that eventually lead to Chuck picking her up and carrying her upstairs just as we all hoped would one day happen to us when we were tweens, watch hublot, and the 12-year-old inside of me absolutely died. In one fell swoop, Gossip Girl erased all the sins of the last episode and made me excited to find out what will happen in the rest of the season. I can’t even make jokes about Chuck and Blair. I just love them.

IMG_3943 It is a rare occasion that I am sent a dress watch amid the bevy of
divers that swim through my collection. I have had the opportunity to
review two previous TX models and both were multifunction chronographs
with busy dials and many duties beyond date and time. The 400 Series is
a different piece altogether: an attractive and simple dress watch
that matches its understated look with a simple and functional
perpetual calendar quartz movement. TX supplied a stainless steel
version on a black leather strap. Here are the details:

46mm case. German made quartz movement. Perpetual weekly calendar. Sapphire crystal. Separate day/month hand. 20mm lugs. Signed butterfly deployment clasp. Water Resistant to 10 ATM (330ft). Available with leather or stainless steel bracelet.

The
TX 400 may be a departure from TX's standard aesthetics, but like their
other models, rolex 8570f price, the 400 is designed around usable and handy features. The
entire dial is focused toward the date and time. The hands are large
and the contrast of the black dial makes reading the time easy. The
chapter ring carries the dial markers and surrounds another ring that
outlines the month as it corresponds with the perpetual calendar. The
quartz movement is powered by a 4-year battery and once set, the
perpetual calendar is accurate until the year 2100 and will
automatically adjust for leap years and short months like February. The
orange tipped date/month hand is windowed to show the day of the week
initial and points directly to the date number in the curved windows
which shows the dates numbers for the entire week. This watch has
continued to get wrist time because with a cabinet full of automatics, it
was always set, even on the 1st of the month.

The case is
always important on a dress watch because the watch needs to fit well
on your wrist to be worn under sleeves and cuffs. The TX 400 is great
in this area; its thin case and nicely sculpted lugs sit tight with the
included leather strap. The dial has an embossed design,u.s. handbag factories, and the entire
look comes together well making the 400 easily the most understated
watch in the TX lineup. The overall design is reminiscent of the
Hamilton Jazzmaster series as the 400 remains classy but has a modern
46mm case. It is light, easy to read, and the perpetual calendar is a
nice feature that blends into the functionality of this relatively
simple looking watch. In a market that is seemingly pushing towards
more bling, logo's,wholesale handbags manufacturers, and shiny bits on every watch, it's nice to see TX
looking back at successful designs of the past and building a look that
is simple in a completely positive sense. This is a nice watch that
offers a simple but highly usable quartz movement, an attractive and
elegant design, and a competitive price point of $495.00.

Grade 1- Genuine, Swiss-made Rolex Replicas_50

Grade 1: Genuine, Swiss-made Rolex Replicas

Our advice is to be extra careful when purchasing a rolex replica over $500, and always use a credit card.

Genuine swiss-made Rolex Replicas are the top-of-the-line Rolex replicas. Newspapers and investigators have written about their breathtaking similarities to genuine Rolex watches.

They test for solid gold, and look, omega watch online, feel, replica rolex watch dealer, and weigh virtually exactly the same as the real thing. Counterfeiters have long sold them as the real thing, even to pre-owned Rolex jewelers.

They have genuine, Swiss-made 25-jewel ETA movements in them,u.s. handbag factories, and wholesale for at least $400 each even for the cheapest stainless steel models. So you cannot expect to pay less than $700 for one unless the dealers want to lose money. There are numerous expenses associated with selling these watches, and a dealer must sell them for $700 to earn a profit.

Also don’t believe the stuff you hear on the net about some sites wholesaling to others, and selling them to the general public for the same, low price! They will tell their customers that they are the wholesaler for these Rolex replicas watches to try to con them into believing their lower prices are for the exact same watch. And when the customer receives a grade 3 quality watch, they ignore their requests for a refund.
Just remember that a genuine, Swiss-made Rolex replica MUST have the following:

• Full 1-year Warranty
• Guaranteed solid 18k gold on all 2-tone models
• Guaranteed triple-wrapped gold on all-gold models
• Genuine sapphire crystal
• Solid 18k gold mid-size Yachtmaster models
• Solid 18k 2-tone Submariner Serti models
• The color of the gold looks exactly like a genuine Rolex watch
• Engraved Rolex crown at the 6 o’clock position on the sapphire crystal on newer models
• Engraved ROLEX underneath the sapphire crystal and above the dial on newer models

If a site cannot offer ALL these, they are NOT selling genuine, Grade 1 replicas! We advise you purchase these models if you really want to be sure you are receiving a genuine, Swiss-made Rolex replica. And most importantly, make sure they state a 1-year warranty so that you can dispute their company to credit card companies and law enforcement agencies in case they ignore your requests for warranty returns.

The biggest dealers actually have more to lose by selling you a watch and getting ripped off.

Since they wholesale for up to $700 each, every case of fraud can really eat into their profits. That is why it is so important to pay by credit card to ensure you’ll be receiving what you paid for.

MCM North South Leather Hobo

I’m too young to remember when MCM was a big deal the first time around, but I have been assured that it was and I have no reason not to believe it. I’ve seen those bags, though, and I have a hard time imagining them being widely popular, but, you know, the 80s were a weird time.

I’m thankful that their logo bags haven’t returned in the 80s nostalgia wave (a wave that I’m ok with, in general – I just bought another pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers, after all), but if they keep making bags like the MCM North/South Leather Hobo, I wouldn’t mind at all if the brand became a trend all over again.

Since this bag is completely empty and not hanging on a shoulder, I think that the uber-slouchy, uber-soft leather would look a bit more tailored when worn. If it does, the bag would be nearly perfect for people that like a casual, easy sensibility to their personal style (or really, discount rolex watch, just about anyone that like wonderful leather in a neutral shade).

The knotting, the watch store, tassel, and minimal use of hardware are enough to vary the texture and visual appeal of the bag. If tassels aren’t your thing, then it’s removable, watches for you, but I’d recommend leaving it on – it lends a nice vertical line, not to mention a little bit of motion, to this beautiful, modern bag. There’s not a note of 80s tiredness anywhere near this one. Buy through Saks for $995.

Fashion Week Handbags Prada

First of all: oops. I goofed. Between having surgery and trying to keep up with the various global Fashion Weeks for a month, replica rolex watch, I forgot to write about one of the biggest handbag brands in the world, Prada. My bad. So let’s pretend like we’re still in the thick of Milan Fashion Week and discuss went went on at the Prada show, ok? Please, no one tell Miuccia that we’re late.

I’m always relatively down on Prada bags, mostly because I think that the brand makes enough money and has enough creative ability to do way better. They make great basics, but beyond that, things tend to go a little off the rails. I’d link you to some of those examples, but you probably already know what I’m talking about all too well. Well, it looks like I’m going to be a lot happier with the brand in six months’ time, and hopefully that means that you all will be too.

Instead of the transparent vinyl and questionably bedazzled closures that we saw from the brand’s last major collection, this line of bags was much more subdued and mature. There were three types on display: first, a small shoulder bag in patent leather with contrasting trim at the strap and closure, with lines that were reminiscent of the 60s aesthetic that we saw throughout most of the major collections. Then there were a few non-leather satchels in muted multicolor prints. Finally, the best bags of the show were hewn of sumptuous woven leather,u.s. handbag factories, proving once and for all that it’s possible to do high-end weaving without aping Bottega Veneta. Sign me up for one of those immediately, watch buy, if not sooner.

Alright, feel free to go back to remembering that Milan Fashion Week ended like two weeks ago.
